Returns & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order for unworn, unaltered, or unused items. Because the merchandise is 18K gold with SI-Quality diamonds, shipping time is also included in the 14-day policy. Any alterations or if there are any signs of use, any returns are automatically not accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in "New Condition" with no sign of use and wear. Policy applies only with "Original Green Price Tag" attached and VALID "Original Receipt" from date of purchase.
*Please note refunds are processed 7-10 business days after items are received and a confirmation email has been sent out.
*Please note any custom orders are not refundable nor exchangeable.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your bank.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs from purchase are non-refundable.
Please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with signature required. (We only use FedEx). We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Repairs & Damaged Merchandise
We, Lejoto Jewelry stand behind our merchandise. Quality is extremely important to us and we will be happy to fix any manufacturing defects within a 1-year warranty. If you have any repairs needed, please contact us for an initial assessment and send a photo of damage. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
